Hyvillä mielin lähdemme viikonlopun viettoon. Onhan päivän postimme neljä korttia, kaksi USA:sta, yksi Japanista ja yksi Saksasta.
Kalliovuoret ovat taas esillä - kyllä niitä kelpaa katsella. Libbyn kortti tuli läheltä Kalliovuorten kansallispuistoa, Coloradosta, missä hän perheineen asuu. He vaeltavat mielellään siellä. Isovanhempina heillä on mukavaa puuhaa 4-vuotiaiden kaksosten kanssa. Kiitämme kovasti kortista ja terveisistä! Hyvää syksyä teille!
The Rocky Mountains are on display again - yes, they are worth looking at. Libby's card came from near Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, where she and her family live. They love to wander there. As grandparents, they have a nice time with their 4-year-old twins. Thank you very much for the card and greetings! Happy autumn to you all!

Toinen Amerikankortti tuli Seattlesta, länsirannikolta. Sen postitti Karen, joka kertoo osavaltionsa olevan "Ikivihreä valtio". Se johtuu tietysti siitä, että sadetta saadaan riittävästi kasvillisuuden tarpeisiin. Hän kertoo myös, että heillä elää buffaloita / biisoneita, mutta onneksi leijonia vain eläintarhoissa. Kortin leijona on mahtava! Suuret kiitokset!
Another American card came from Seattle, on the west coast. Posted by Karen who says her state is the "Evergreen State". It is, of course, because there is enough rain to meet the needs of the vegetation. She also says that they have buffalo / bison, but luckily lions only in zoos. The lion on the card is awesome! Pysykäämme yhä kaukana Suomesta. Japanista saakka saimme mielenkiintoisen kortin naiselta, joka käyttää nimimerkkiä Cxysr - ehkä se on hänen oikea nimensä, valitettavasti emme tunne Japanin kulttuuria tarpeeksi.
Mutta kuvassa on menossa kohtaus kiinalaisesta tarinasta ( zhu que ), jossa esiintyy auringonjumala lintuperheen edustajien kera. Kertomusta emme tunne, mutta maalaus on upea. Kiitos siitä!
Let's stay far away from Finland. All the way from Japan, we received an interesting card from a woman who goes by the name Cxysr - maybe that's her real name, unfortunately we don't know enough about Japanese culture.
But the picture shows a scene from a Chinese story in which the sun god appears with representatives of the bird family ( zhu que ). We don't know the story, but the painting is wonderful. Thanks for that!

Lopuksi Saksaan. Pohjanmeren rannalta kirjoitti Uschi pitävänsä kävelyistä koiransa kanssa pitkin rantaa tai metsäpolkuja. Rentouttavan aamiaisen jälkeen hän oli tullut katsoneeksi tietokoneeseensa ja löytänyt meidät. Niinpä saimme mukavasti kesää kaipaavaan tunnelmaamme kivan rantakuvan. Oikein paljon kiitoksia!
Finally, to Germany. From the North Sea coast, Uschi wrote that she likes walks with her dog along the beach or forest paths. After a relaxing breakfast, she had come to look at her computer and found us. So we got a nice beach picture for our longing for summer mood. Thank you very much!
